Anxiety comes in many shapes and sizes
Panic Attacks, Overthinking, Fears and Phobias, Low Self-Worth, Depression, Procrastination, Self-Doubt, Lack of Confidence and Self-Sabotage …
Anxiety
Now, anxiety has its place. Anxiety stops us walking too close to the edge of the cliff or throws us backwards to stop us walking out in front of a bike or a bus. That flight or fight reaction keeps us safe. Sometimes our subconscious continues to run the anxiety response when it is no longer helpful. Often anxiety issues spiral and feed off themselves so that it is no longer just the anxiety but also the fear of the anxiety that causes more anxiety and even panic attacks.
I would love to guide you to show your subconscious how unhelpful anxiety has become, how it is hurting you, and then to ask the subconscious to stop the unnecessary anxiety. You really can be free to live that better quality of life you deserve.
Some issues are solved in one session, like switching a switch, others may need two or three sessions like removing layers from an onion.
Find out in an initial free (no obligation) phone consultation, how you can be anxiety free – just like this client …
“I met Sally through my friend. I was really depressed and stressed out at that time of my life. I would say that Sally came into that phase of my life when I had lost all hope, but I was desperate to get some help so that I could become a better person. Sally is a Living Angel and has a vast experience in her field, she has helped me so much.”

Low Self-Esteem and Depression
Depression, low mood, and feeling like ‘what’s the point’ can cause fatigue, self-sabotage, lack of self-care and lead to dark, intrusive thoughts. As hard as it is to believe, we can turn this around, just like flinging the doors and windows wide open and letting in the colour and light. Together we will implement changes that bring you the freedom to feel happy, to live your life to the full, be 100% Awesome!
Sometimes we forget – You have a choice! Your conscious will is in charge! So, by building that conscious determination to improve your quality of life, to be happy, we can then get the message across to your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind wants to look after you, protect you, it wants you to be happy – that is our leverage, by convincing your subconscious that making these changes is going to make you happy – if it possibly can it will!
This mum described what I feel privileged to see in clients on a regular basis, even when working online via Zoom …
“My daughter Face Timed me from university … she was down and her face had no expression or joy. It was hard to engage her in anything or to help her to feel better. She has just called this evening …. WOW!
Whatever you did or said …. She is a different girl! The joy on her face, the excitement and happiness at feeling good again, even the colour in her face. She was pale earlier and now she has a rosy glow, and she is animated and happy.
You are remarkable Sally! I just wanted to say a huge thank you from a very relieved Mum!”

A phobia is an uncontrollable and irrational fear of an object, situation, or activity. Although the phobia is irrational, the response is very real, and it can trigger nausea, palpitations, dizziness, extreme anxiety, and panic attacks. Phobias can interfere with quality of life, ability to work, strain relationships, and reduce self-esteem.
Whatever name we give your phobia, it is personal to you. Some people say “I know it is silly or weird” it is not! It is yours, it is very real to you and it is having a negative effect on your quality of life. By working with the subconscious mind, we can make changes that will help you take back control. Please read this example of the fear of spiders and think about how it relates it to your phobia …
The fear of spiders is a subconscious reaction, you don’t see a spider and think “oh look, there’s a spider, I had better freak out” No, the fear and panic are there, instantaneously, almost before you have noticed the spider. The reaction is there directly from the subconscious, unasked for, to (it thinks) protect you. It is either a learnt behaviour – if from a young age you have watched a parent freak out over spiders, so you learn that is the correct way to behave. Or, it has been created because of an event – a spider really made you jump, and perhaps you were teased or told off for being scared, so add in a bit of humiliation, and the subconscious thinks “Eek! That was so horrid, next time we see one of those I will make sure you know about it, as the next one might kill you!” Your subconscious wants you to “get it right”, or “protect you”.
When you come to see me, if there was an event, we will desensitise it, as it belongs in the past and is not happening now. I think of that as loosening the soil around the roots of the program that runs the reaction. We then discredit the old program and very directly ask the subconscious to stop it, delete it – and it will – usually in just one session.
I don’t keep a pet spider to test the results, but I have been known to take clients for a walk, looking for a dog or “flappy” birds. For most phobias the client can think about their trigger and recognise that they feel very different, released and lighter, with no fear. Or, like this client, they experience the results as soon as they get home …
“After years of a crippling fear of choking, which escalated even more when I had my own children, I was finding myself dreading all mealtimes, snack times and everything in-between. I went to see Sally to see if she could help. I can’t even put into words how much she has transformed my whole outlook! The wasted energy of “what if” worry is gone and there are so many aspects of my life which I am noticing it in- eating, traffic, small spaces- and many more!
Mealtimes in our home look very different now, and so much more enjoyable. I can’t recommend Sally highly enough. I feel ten tonnes lighter.”

I just sat there calm and it [Wasp] flew away .. no flinching , screaming , nothing .. and also I didn’t give sitting in the garden a negative thought!
Procrastination, Self-Doubt, No Confidence and Self-Sabotage
Are you easily distracted by other ‘important things’ to the extent that hours, days, or weeks can go past and you still haven’t started that big thing? Are you only able to get going at the last minute or when it’s too late? Avoidance tactics can be caused by a lack of confidence, self-doubt, fear of rejection, or perfectionism. Find out how to achieve the freedom to be confident, proactive, and efficient in your life – it will be life changing!
Low self-worth can often cause negative and unhelpful patterns of behaviour, and I love helping with this! Watching that change happen right in front of me as a client start to believe in themselves, value themselves! Would you like to feel that transformation, to believe that self-care is not selfish, to put you in a better place to look after you and those that you care about? Like they say on the aeroplane “Put your own oxygen mask on first”!
It could be an old belief system, running at a subconscious level, saying you do not deserve to succeed, or a fear of getting it wrong that is holding you back. Consciously you do believe you deserve the best but the old subconscious pattern of behaviour – the block – has not got that message.
A happy client said …
“Working with Sally was a fantastic experience. Her conviction and clarity were key in helping me to move through issues which had held me back and caused unnecessary distress. I would recommend Sally for anyone wanting to work through specific, anxiety provoking issues and wanting to benefit from the confidence and freedom that comes with letting go of out-dated thinking patterns that no longer serve you.”
